Small but mighty company

Pros

Even though XT is relatively small, it has proven to be an influential company with a strong client base and an increasingly in-demand product. With each new development, leadership goes in with a comprehensive plan on how each project should be executed. They understand that they need to work in tandem with their staff rather than going in blindly and expecting that we’ll be able to piece everything together on our own. This makes it easier for us to deliver exactly what’s needed within a reasonable timeframe, and frankly, it keeps morale higher than I’ve seen anywhere else.

Cons

Any weaknesses XT has pale in comparison to the problems I’ve seen with other tech companies.
