I love working at Xinthe. Lots and lots of career growth opportunities. It is good to work with these great managers who guide us truly investing their time in our growth and help us learn. The perks, benefits, work environment, colleagues, the office and many opportunities to learn various skills. Compensation is better than other firms in the city, currently in maternity break all companies give 6 months but Xinthe helps with 9 months’ maternity break, am availing this benefit now and will resume full-time work from office soon…. no more stress to the women associates.

Have been working with company for last ten years. Management is supportive, Easy to switch stream/tech-stack if you want. The workplace environment is exceptional, providing a conducive atmosphere for productivity and collaboration. Colleagues are consistently supportive and willing to lend a helping hand.
