      If you have any sense, do not work here as a data scientist. There is limited career mobility, upward advancement, and you work under directors that are not competent (ask the one with a phd in public policy if they know what an ROC AUC is lol).

      There is no definition of culture here. They really need to work on defining their own culture

      Solving vey interesting problem

      Pros

      Work is intellectually challenging. Building complex pricing algos to predict custom product design costs in seconds. I am never bored. Great mix of people and talents from machinists to college profs. Learning a lot about manufacturing, stuff I never knew. Awesome team of coworkers.

      Cons

      Company needs to get more involved in local start-up scene.
