Feels great to be at the right place at the right time. It's always a risk to join any start up, but I couldn't be happier with my decision to join the XONA team. -Strong founding team + a unique product that address a market need -Incredible momentum and strong pipeline -Impressive early customers with Fortune50 companies -Awesome culture -Flat organization with proactive and approachable CEO/leadership team
Cons
Very early stage start up, not for anyone who does not thrive in a start up environment.

Pros
Xona is working on next generation satellite navigation for the age of autonomy and to accomplish that it takes an exceptional team with a focused goal. Not only is the team talented and the right team to take on this task, but so many of the people are just truly nice to work with. It's a very collaborative environment and I've definitely had many opportunities to grow professionally through this experience.
Cons
As with any start-up, there are periods where there is a lot of work to be done and not a lot of time to do it. With that being said, if I ever need a hand, people have always been willing to help and work together to get things done. The environment is not competitive at all which is very refreshing.
