Pros

Company management are truly good people. Motivations are all good and there is a deep care for people, transparency, fairness, and doing the right thing. Software engineers are concerned with good code, test, and everything that makes a robust code base.

Cons

There are (or were) no women in "E-Staff" and very few (one, maybe two?) women engineering managers.

Company has a huge upside and a great position in the Market.

Cons

Some of the higher level management are there based on tenure, not ability. VP conflicts cause bigger issues down the chain. Technology and IT need to catch up.
