      Abundant opportunities in different kinds of projects/roles/technologies Open culture with relatively flat hierarchy Opportunity to chose work-life balance as required (with approval from management :))

      Cons

      Does not really have a very strong technical leadership at the top. There are good people but not a lot of them and sometimes it becomes challenging to stand-out while submitting RFP's or otherwise seeking guidance for technical growth.
