We value your feedback. While there could be certain phases of workload increase we request you to have word with your project manager to workout feasible alternatives. Along with role availability, Onsite opportunity have also been dependent on visa\ immigration norms, while we always strived for sending our employees onsite each year and we also have a good No of our India employees at onsite locations, the numbers still varies based on reason mentioned above.

Pros

Work life balance is quiet okay

Cons

Management rules are not good compared to ither mnc s Senior ppl , ppl from management lag in working standards Ex: they asked me to connect to security call on my wedding reception day. Banglore location doesn't have more projects and more focus on expanding pune office. Timesheet update is impossible if you cross cutoff date and salary cut is the only solution Less opportunity for juniors interms of growth as most of them working are already seniors with min 5-8 yrs of exp.

We regret to here the feedback. our end our has always been to increase our footprints across all location, however this also involves availability of the candidates at any location any time. while Pune has the highest headcount there has always been an attempt to spread our projects across location. While there is cutoff date in timesheet which is true for any other organization in the industry, we have always been flexible to accommodate the employee request on missed timesheets. Our objective has always been to leverage on experience on lateral hires (across experience levels as well as freshers\employees with lesser experience. so every project is a mix of experience tenure).
