Pros

The management is getting bad and they are changing every policies now which we’re flexible to employees. No pros are there.

Cons

Poor policies are getting introduced like every other typical service based companies. First they changed leave policies then they extended notice period from 60 to 90 days and now they have changed the working hours from 8 to 9. This is not at all employee friendly anymore. Previously the work culture and management was very good but after the acquisition management are changing every policies and making this company like other typical service based companies like TCS, CTS etc.
