Not good service based for 1-5 yrs exp candidates
Pros
1. Work Life Balance for people having exp 6yrs+ as you will get limited work in each projects.
Cons
1. Not much projects 2. Not much opportunities for employee less than 6 yrs of exp. 3. No .net projects 4. they have hired 50+ candidates in 2022 for dot net projects exp 2-4 years. now management has forced them to resign as they dont have projects. around 25+ candidates got gap for 1 year due to no work in this company. 5. Bench Policy - 60 days. after 60 days they force employee to resign without even giving any single opportunities. 6. TMG team are rude and arrogant. They will tag you with different tech stack projects and ask you to go for client interviews. 7. Have very less clients compared to other service based organizations. 8. 1500+ employees resigned from Jan 2023 - April 2023. 9. After 2 rounds of interviews they have Client evaluations. And Client expectations are too much high.
