      Pros

      I have been lucky to work closely with management. I have had good experience in terms of professional growth. however with new COO , things have changed a bit. Company is doing great with new and existing projects. Flexibility in working hours / work from home

      Cons

      Not the same culture as it used to be, but still good I do not see myself grow as much the company is growing.

      I dont see prons anymore to work with Xoriant.

      Cons

      Worst HR team and policies. Worst administration team. Worst management and politics all around. No action taken against senior level management if they are going wrong. Awards are useless as politics is there as well. No opportunity to learn and career development. CEO is not interested to see what kind of people hired at senior level management. Egostic and rude people are hired at senior level management. Employee values are lost in xoriant.
