At Xoriant, we recognize the importance of face-to-face collaboration in fostering strong team connections and maintaining a cohesive culture. To address this, we encourage teams to coordinate their office presence to ensure overlapping in-person days. This approach aims to facilitate more frequent and meaningful interactions among team members. Additionally, we are continuously exploring ways to enhance virtual collaboration practices to bridge the gap created by remote work.
