      1-Good salary 2-Good Environment which make you feel positive .

      Cons

      1-No Job security 2-No Bench policy 3-Hr forced me to put the paper one word if job security not there don't join .

      Pros

      as long as we have client engagement, we are safe. as soon as employees come back to bench, its a high-risk job.

      Not at all Best Place to Work.

      No pros after January 2023.

      Cons

      1. Work life balance is just myth. You will keep working in every shift. 2. They don't respect your personal life, they only want work and don't care about time. 3. Login at 9:30 AM and logout at 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM. 4. Managers are so bossy. 5. New changes in policies are making employee life more worse. 6. Salary is so minimal as per experience and skills. 7. It doesn't matter how good you perform whole year, you will get just 5% salary hike as appraisal. 8. You will never get credit of the work and appreciation.
