Good work life balance. Also has flexible working hours and good work culture. Provides a good compensations to new joiner.

Appraisal used to 2 digit in past but now I am seeing that it is mostly a single digit.

nothing is good here ,no process in management and everybody treated as owner of company. never get chance to learn new things. no training for fresher. they treated employees as slaves. No timing flexibility.

Cons

worst company as I ever seen my professional life. no personal and financial growth. worst facilities and canteen food quality is low.
