      Pros

      Wfh policy is good. Free bus service.

      Cons

      Worst HR. HR is just puppet in the hands of management, don't have their opinion, just copy paste from managers. Managers are not just bol bachan and no real talent, most focus is on resource management then Project management. Most project are client driven and manager is just dummy. Tech people have no growth in the company, only bol bachan people grows and go up. Some managers are only qualified to speak English and no talent. All projects are moving to Pune so joining Mumbai office is a big risk. Unnecessary cost cutting.

      It is best place to work for freshers. Working experience and project on which you will be working is useful in career.

      Actually their is no cons I have seen till this time. Its individuals perspective looking towards profile.
