      -can’t think of any pros .

      Cons

      - no good projects for quality assurance engineer - poor management - micromanagement by managers - projects are not assigned as per experience or skills as they don’t have any good projects to work on - be ready to sit on bench as there are no projects - long working hours completely dependent on clients no work life balance . Have seen people working for 20 hrs at a stretch as well . - at the time of delivery be ready to work on weekends as well

      Pros

      Don't have long term projects, it has very bad internal politics don't onboard new joiner on good or long term project.nobody is permanent employee in xoriant, except few old aged non billable people. all positive reviews are just for marketing don't fall in trap guys.

      Cons

      even working for 1 year they just fire employees after completing 60 days on bench never seen such policy, hr or any documentation never mentioned us this policy while joining ,all of sudden they changed bench policy.

      They asked all freshers to wait and after four month they said find another job. need to change hr.
