I did not need a lot of interaction with Idea Solutions as I did not need benefits but the company was consistent with payment and keeping me up to date with anything I may be concerned with.

They were acquired by another company.

None! Don't use this agency at any cost! Go to Taos, Tek Systems, Kelly Services, etc...

Cons

Avoid this staffing agency at all cost! Very unprofessional and clueless people calling from India, round the clock. They totally don't respect your family time, calling you at 7:30pm, 8pm on a regular basis. One person called me over 15 times in an hour! He begged me to take a job with a huge pay cut to do him a favor!
