      Pros

      If you are desperate to keep lights on, then work with them. I was placed at Ford and all you are is a body. Your ideas don't matter and you are basically a cheap labor.

      Cons

      The way most of the body shops work is that you apply to them and they present you resume to their clients. If a client is interested, they led the bodyshop know and then the body shop hires you. You remain employed with the body shop until the client needs you. They may hire you with a salary or a hourly basis. Benefits are optional and reduce the rate.

      Pros

      - Amazing training & trainers are very experienced and they know what they are doing. - As fresher, got good starting package compared to MNCs. Clear CTC, no suprises - Flexible work hours & work from home. - Treats fresher just like any another employee and this pumps lots of enthusiasm. - Open door culture. - Employee friendly - Trainings keeps on happening. - Helpful peers - Lot of scope to get hands on with various & emerging technologies. - Encourages learning. - No bond. - Most of the managers are friendly & techie themselves

      Cons

      - Managers are too powerful. - Admin department is lousy. Your tickets would be pending forever.
