Pros
Work culture is good. Initial package is superb. Open culture. Time flexibility. Managers are reachable. People here, listen to what you have to say. New technologies (depending on the project)
Cons
Things are changing on the name of cost cutting. Upper management politics. Hike is better than many other firms, but way too less these days as compared to Xoriant standards. Mismanagement on resource allocation. People are on bench and they fill in with new external candidates.
