      Pros

      -Good employees -Less office politics (non that I've come across) -Not hectic -Flexible hours -Good environment -Minimum hrs are less compared to other mid level companies

      Cons

      -Slow growth of company -If project is scrapped, have to go on bench. -All basic cons of a service based company. -No ideas of their own, whatever the client says has to be implemented, unlike in a product based company.

      Good work environment, great colleagues

      Cons

      Work is given in any field irrespective of Skill set most of the time, but it would mean a lot of skills you learn in the end, so I guess it isn't that bad. But it takes time to get used to it.
