      Pros

      It has good culture and work life balance. If you are in good project - lot of things to learn. Team leads and managers are supportive (In our project). Follow good policy which is employee friendly. (Leaves, WFH, etc.. )

      Cons

      Any project can be given to you, even if you skill sets are not matching (sometimes). That may sometime feels "lack of opportunities".

      Pros

      Xoriant is a best place to work in Pune. Management is extremely professional and supportive. Each employee gets its own space to learn and grow within the organization. HR Policies and office culture is flexible and employee oriented. Unlike other companies, its very easy to speak to Top Management here. The whole process is transparent.

      Cons

      Since, its in to growing phase employees often struggles with the space issues. However, this issue is going to be resolved soon. Every one has to adjust in every company, Xoriant is not an exception too. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about as such.
