      Nothing, they have delibrately asked everyone to give Good reviews, Xoriant is not a Good Company

      Cons

      They calls employee for F2F Interview, Shortlist them, provides Joining date, released Offer Letter, creates ID and afterwards cancel the employment of employee, they don't care about the applicants or candidates they only thinks from their side, will not recommend to anyone

      They do not care about employee, no work life balance. They just listen to client and as a employee you have no value even after your dedication and hardwork
