As they are operating from multiple locations, the team was spreading across and connecting to the right people is little hectic as a new employee. Need to have proper guide.

If project ends new project skill have to learn if same domain project not available Short term project 6/8 months Bench policy 1 month

Cons

They are not engaging if you work in the US. I was lied to by the recruiter when I was hired.
