      There is no good point i found after joining.

      Cons

      1) All projects are legacy projects and they are supporting. 2) They take interviews on latest technologies, but they assign work on old technologies.

      Pros

      if you consider walking on eggshells and facing constant harassment is pro then you are for Xoriant.

      Cons

      In the last year major layoffs and constant harassment of people working for the company for 10-plus years and my colleagues. Very toxic environment after ChrysCapital took over. Everyone walking on eggshells.

      - Working hours was reasonable 7.5 hours

      Cons

      - I asked my manager to change my project, the goals does not cover my aspirants, but he did not give a thought about it. - The client approach to get absorb me, the manager escalated and raise it as an issue. - They were not compensating much according to the job challenges
