Pros

Company was really good till the acquisition , it was one of the organization which I could say has great Work Life Balance.

Cons

After acquisition, company is not treating well with the employees, basically HRs are asking to resign once employee come to a bench, after Dec, the situation was to ask employees to resign after 2 months of bench but now they are asking just after you come on bench. This is the pathetic experience I am seeing. Just wanted to mention, Girish Gaitonde is not CEO anymore, company was good till the time he was there.

Pros

*thinks extensively* None at all.

Cons

1) The remuneration is sub par, especially if you're a fresher. 2) Despite being a low-resource employee, I was fired. 3) The projects given to work on, are mentally taxing with no good cause. 4) The organization as a whole does not believe in efficiency. 5) Productivity is a joke.
