Good package, Within city limits, Work from home available

Cons

Only one client in chennai, No stability in management, If any problem with current client, will ask you to relocate, No place for latest technologies, No company bus. Free soft drinks which won't be good.

The company is good and provide good opportunities for learning.

Working hours are lesser than any other IT company and working environment is also nice.

Cons

Requirements may go on hold and you might need to wait for another project for a longer time.

In most scenarios, there is decent work-life balance Company has a Practices division that works on upcoming technologies Company provides few facilities such as Working from Home, Transport (in Mumbai), Transport for all female employees after 8PM, Recreational sports, Cultural Festivals, Learning and Development

Cons

A few delivery directors are extremely incompetent and lack managerial skills HR does not consider employee feedback/complaints at all Projects are hard to come by
