Pros

Here environment depends on project basis. Some projects work culture is pathetic and even managers have no respect for employees.

Cons

Whatever happen in Mid size organization ie happening in Xoriant as well . You need to work with(work with means need to work like a slave then they will recognized you and give some feed like you give to your pets ) some people who has good command with upper management .

Product Based Company like benefits even though its a Service Based Company

Pros

My experience after being associated to this company for 3 years now: 1) Flexible working hours policy. 2) Manager understands employee issues and take care of it on individual basis 3) No Micro-Management from Xoriant Management 4) Random Onsite opprtunity. Atleast in my project :-)

Cons

1) Infrastructure need to be upgraded. Sitting chairs are not comfortable for employees to sit and work whole day. 2) Sysnet team and Admin team need to be more pro-active 3) Licenses should be purchased from Online Certification portal for employees to upgrade their skills
