A little Better Compensation compared to Cognizat, Accenture, TCS and infy. Flexible timings Management is OK, could be better though

* Flexible time and option to work from home * Friendly staff at low and middle levels * Transport to various locations

Cons

* No good projects available * Too much politics at managerial and HR level with blame games * Less chance to acquire new skills * Salary increments are not at all impressive * Disconnect between various level of management which causes issues such as blame game.

Pros

Xoriant is a good place to start your career and I did the same. Great people around and it has a floating architecture. You can go talk to the higher ups directly. Has very good HR where they listen and try to resolve your problems if there are any. I had a good time working in Xoriant.

Cons

Well the compensation provided can be better but nothing that can be complained of.
