Great Opportunity to Grow, Deliver Real Products

- Has the startup energy of moving fast and being able to take on a lot of responsibility and grow in your career - But is also mature in it's product (actually delivering to real customers, large fleets) - Feels far ahead of many of the "powerpoint" companies in this space that won't make it - Resilient team that has been through difficult times and stuck together - A lot of growth ahead for the business, has the right product at the right time of the EV transition - Flat and friendly org structure, you can talk to anyone to get stuff done - Hard working colleagues - The company has a clear focus, isn't trying to do a million things - Mission driven, Decarbonizing Transportation in a part of the industry that really needs it (to get diesel trucks off the road)

- Fast pace can feel stressful, need to be ready for a startup feel - Need to be self-motivated to strive here
