Pros
It all comes down to the contract you work on, but there are a lot of great opportunities to learn a variety of new things and broaden your horizons. Which helps to keep things from getting stale or repetitive.
Cons
Again, contract dependent, but some of the contracts expect a pretty poor work/life balance though xpanxion does try to be on the employee's side and there are stipulations in the contracts to protect the xpanxion employee from terrible conditions. The organization structure is poorly done and has been reworked many times during my employment.
