      1. Good competitive salary packages

      Cons

      1. No employee benefits at all except free food two times a day. That too is of worst quality. 2. Regular layoffs. From last 2-3 years every 6 months they are laying off huge number of skilled employees. 3. Management doesn't take any responsibility. Keeps on changing directions.
