      Good HR leadership Good communication office Decent compensation Decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Leadership is completely out of touch. General managers lie about numbers and targets and this is well-known but instead of consequences they get promoted. Great & talented women are treated poorly while mediocre talent is constantly amped up and given more to do. There is a complete lack of alignment of CEO wanting people in office but allowing his direct reports to all be remote when they are the ones who are failing. Toxic boys club culture and treat women poorly.

      C level management needs a refresh No growth opportunities Almost impossible to get promoted Keep buying companies that hurt the brand Low morale The executive committee keeps trying to cut cost to boost revenue, but that’s not a plan and the constant restructuring isn’t working.
