      Good work-life balance, great staff, smart teemates

      Cons

      They sometimes hire devs overseas, like myself, from Ukraine, so the salary is good for Ukraine but not good comparing to market average.

      Supportive and Collaborative Team: The IT and infrastructure teams are very supportive and always willing to share knowledge. There's a strong sense of collaboration across departments. Work-Life Balance: Xperi promotes a healthy work-life balance. Managers are understanding and flexible with schedules when needed. Exposure to New Technologies: As a system admin, I had the opportunity to work with modern tools and systems, which helped build my skills and stay updated in the field. Great Management: The leadership is approachable and encourages personal and professional growth. I always felt heard and supported. Learning Opportunities: There’s plenty of training, internal documentation, and chances to grow your technical skill set. Company Culture: The company culture is inclusive, innovative, and employee-focused. Regular virtual events and wellness initiatives show that they care.

      - Unlimited PTO - Great salary and advancement opportunities until ~2022 - Competent higher management

      Cons

      - Ghost layoffs, including middle management - Overtime is expected - early-morning meetings with the EMEA team (7-8AM) and late-night calls with the India team (around 11PM) - Office culture and amenities have significantly declined due to ongoing cost-cutting measures
