Pros
1. Nice work culture, zero micromanagement. 2. Pay is good (slightly above market standard). 3. Good recognition to employees for their day to day work. 4. Insurance and health policy is good. 5. Gym and internet reimbursement 6. Good food and office facilities. 7. Former company name TiVo is having high reputation in market 8. Great opportunity to learn new things and project approvals are very fast. 9. Supportive colleagues and leadership team is having good vision.
Cons
1. Company is having good projects but it is suffering due to "The Great Resignation” period. :) 2. Most of the projects are having limited resources, so stretched working hours, But no pressure is the breather.
