      I am proud to be part of a company that is 35+ years old with 11 thousand plus patents, 30 thousand licensed subscribers and 400 million radio listeners. What motivates me in this company is: Xperi values, culture and people around me. It's been an exciting, rewarding and a journey full of growth-professionally and personally for me. Xperi gives relaxing professional environment to their employees; that helps them to grow, learn and prosper. The work culture is very healthy making it a right place for their employees to learn and to execute their thoughts and ideas. The management is approachable and very supportive of their employees. I highly recommend Xperi to everyone. If you want to work in a good environment, you can join any company, but if you want to work in a great environment – this is the place.
