      During my internship of 16 months, I learned a lot of new things working on a real-world project , My manager really supported me even in case of production issues. My teammates taught me a lot of things

      Can't think of any con as of now, might need to spend another year to notice any :D

      Supportive, comfortable and structured environment. Consistent feedback and appreciation. Got unique experience working on TV development as well

      More team events should be there to bond and network with people from other teams as well.

      1. I got lot of exposure and new learning new skills from teammates was good 2. The constant backing and appreciation from teammates and manager was a positive 3. The involvement is very good in every team project either it is small or big

      I did 1.5 year internship and then got promoted but had no bad experience
