      Pros

      Had offshore team sourcing resumes(90% of the resumes were useless) Compensation is above average.

      Cons

      Owner is clueless when it comes to staffing. The Company has an awful reputation as a "third party" which scares many candidates away. The back office is in India making it difficult to rectify all their mistakes. If you can't get a job anywhere else, go here.

      Cant think of anything Initially its the best place to work but as time goes and you get to know more you will hate to work...

      I worked at the indian office in xperttech. 1) You cant get fired and kicked out any time if you perform or not.... 2) You dont get a chance to explain yourself 3) Dirty politics 4) No job security 5) ONE PLACE THAT I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO WORK
