Pros
I worked for the company at their client site in Harrisburg, PA. I always had good interaction with the back office, was paid in time, great benefits policy and appreciated.
Cons
I faced no problems other than the initial teething challenges.

Pros
May be good place to work for Recruiters, as they might get more commission. But worse place for contractors and employees.
Cons
No growing opportunities, no raise. Payment is never transparent to you (if you are contractor,employee). No respect for employees, they just want to make money out of you.
