I really appreciate to got a chance to work in Xplor. Wonderful company culture and friendly teammates make me always feel enjoyable and energetic. By following of our team lead, we can always think deeply and move quickly when we make decision and deliver some new awesome features.

Cons

Work in startup company may not suitable for everyone. If you are looking for a more established company, you'd better look somewhere else.

The company has an incredibly inclusive culture and is driven by a vision aims to make a real difference in the lives of everyone involved in the childcare industry from children and parents to educators and centre managers alike. Every day I come to work I feel valued and feel like the work I am doing is making a difference.

Startups are always trying to push the envelope, and that might not be to everyones taste.
