Pros

Leadership - awesome training, really hands on to try to make you better and be successful if you show that you have a strong work ethic. Atmosphere - it really is addicting and contagious. Not like anything I’ve been apart of before.

Cons

I wouldn’t really put anything down as a major Con in working at FieldEdge. There are certain things that could be streamlined in the work process but I know that’s being worked on.

Pros

This company has a true team culture that is unlike any other company. I've been at 3 other companies that claimed to be a "Team", and this one is the real deal. From top to bottom, all employees work together to make everyone better. If you're looking for a management team that will truly take you to the next level in your career, then this is the company for you.

Cons

The only "Con" would be the culture makes it hard to want to leave and go home.

Awesome place to continue to grow and learn as a sales professional. They really take your personal career goals into consideration and do everything to give you the tools to successfully get there.

Cons

Normal growing pains that come with company achieving fast-paced growth and accelerated career tracking. Sometimes long hours.
