Pros

The work schedule is quite flexible in its hybrid model and there are some truly exceptional employee wellness programs. Plenty of in-person collaboration at the office.

Cons

The new office space is still working in progress. Communication strategy can be improved.

My experience has taught me that surviving in this company is about more than doing good work. Office politics and your relationship with your manager can have a significant influence on your future, sometimes more than your skills or contributions. When layoffs are repeatedly framed as "restructuring" year after year, it's difficult not to question whether performance is truly the deciding factor. A healthy workplace should reward merit, provide transparency, and give employees confidence that decisions are made fairly.

Very poor in strategy, vision. Frequent lay offs, No employee care.

Cons

Back to back lay offs (India GCC is badly impacted). Lack of vision at the top level, poor strategy. Unable to grow the business and employees are impacted.
