Pros

There were none at all.

Cons

They cut hours randomly. They cut pay often. Raymond Thomas was a disrespectful and tiny man. Jacinda Ferrer is full of excuses. Destiny is rude. The kids were disrespectful. The company only cared for numbers. We were understaffed. Not enough activities. The ceo was stingy with funds.

Pros

Flexible work environment and traditional work expectations. Reality driven approach and opportunity for moving up.

Cons

Have to be able to adapt to a changing climate as the world of education revolves around CBOs being able to provide for the changing needs

Pros

Fun to work with the students

Cons

Everything else: micromanaged, not heard, blamed for your lack of information though it is due to poor communication on their end, poor training, management condescending and never takes responsibility for their mistakes...
