Pros

None. Avoid this place at all cost

Cons

Raymond Thomas the CEO is possibly the worst human and even worst boss. No work life balance, absolutely no boundaries. Daily, unnecessary conference calls. Hires individuals with no experience in the field. Turnover rate is really high. Nobody sticks around more than a few months. Doesn't care about employees. Makes hourly employees work beyond the clock without pay. Threatens job. Do not get fooled by "Emmy awards" or TV spots, they got there by threats, constant harassment towards employees and middle management. This is not a joke working here has been the worst experience ever. Nobody at this company lasts more than 6 months.

Pros

You get the opportunity to teach in the New York public schools without having to go through the intense DOE process. If you like teaching kids then this is an easy way to do it. The hours are also quite manageable although at times not enough to sustain.

Cons

They don't explain how the company works - instead they throw you into the deep end. The upper level is constantly manipulating staff by threatening to take away their job if they do not do work outside of school. There is zero response on emails regarding personal questions and I have witnessed them hire incredibly under-qualified people over real talent just because they wanted to pay them like dirt. I have talked to many other employees at this company and most of them share the same displeasure. I have yet to meet someone who would like to stay at Xposure.

Pros

Working with a group of amazing and talented children.

Cons

Other than the amazing children, working for this organization was a complete nightmare. Management is arrogant and condescending. The partnering schools administration are unprofessional and unqualified. There was no work life balance as management had no regard for employees personal time. They try to pressure you into situations where they give you tasks to do outside of your scheduled work hours so that they don't have to pay you. Honestly , just avoid this organization . Complete joke.
