      Pros

      Management goes out of their way to get the opinions of their drivers on how the company is run and how they feel about working for the company. They send out anonymous surveys on a regular basis that make you feel like you actually have a voice in the company. I know that if there was ever anything about the job I didn’t like or anything that didn’t sit right with me I could put it in the survey and management would address it immediately.

      None that I’ve noticed so far.

      Pros

      It’s not often that a trucking company is praised for having the highest ethical standards, especially in the energy sector but then Xpress isn’t just any company. I’ve been in the business for years and Xpress is the company I’m going to stay with from here on out. They always do right by their employees and I feel respected and valued here.

      Cons

      None. Go work for any other trucking company and you’ll see what I mean. Nowhere beats Xpress.
