Pros

Flexible as far as trucking jobs go. It’s good money. Plus, your home on a daily basis versus being out on the road for months on end. Good work life balance in that regard.

Cons

Not many. If you’re a hard worker and don’t mind the long hours then this is a good job.

Pros

You work with great people every day whether you’re out and about or in the office. Work can be challenging, but it’s just an honest day’s work. I’ve found that one way to keep myself engaged and energetic throughout the day is to feed off the energy of your co-workers. This job is really what you make of it.

Cons

We could use improved communication. There have been several instances where certain decisions have left me scratching my head from lack of clarification.

-Nights...meh! -Management is busy. Some changes take a while. -Lots of responsibility -Dealing with multiple breaths of people can be exhausting
