management Low pay Hardly any respect is given to the long term employees CEO micromanages, uses fear and punishment to enforce compliance There is a lack of accountability at the top level, "underlings" are blamed for failed initiatives and let go

Pros

None noteworthy. Some people were really smart and nice but I think most of them have moved on since I worked there.

Cons

My time at Xsolla was short and I am glad it was. The attitude towards employees was clearly illustrated by August 2021 firing of 150 people based on 'big data' analysis which made international news (look it up, it's beyond strange). This was exacerbated by the foul language used by the company owner in his response to questions around these firings.

Cons

Fear-based management: CEO drives strategy down throughout the company. Grow 40% each year or risk being fired. . HR fails to acknowledge the employee point of view, employees do their best not to upset the CEO Candidates will only accept a job if the recruitment process is handled well. It isn’t.
