Pros

The benefits are genuinely great, probably the only redeeming quality. The first year felt promising, with exciting projects and a collaborative environment.

Cons

Constant hiring and firing, job stability is a myth. The company continues hiring in Russia via third-party agencies, despite publicly distancing itself. Layoffs always affect local employees, while expats are untouched — a clear bias. Leadership turned political and toxic almost overnight. If you’re “their people,” you’ll magically skip interview steps, get fast-tracked, and even receive sign-on bonuses, despite the company not officially offering them. Salary distribution is wildly inconsistent. Some individuals are overpaid with no real contribution.. just endless talk and no results. Gossip is rampant and confidentiality is nonexistent. People from other departments know your salary, professionalism is lacking.

Pros

There is some optimism in the form of a few competent managers who strive to support their teams.

Cons

The owner of the company consistently inserts themselves into every aspect of operations, disrupting employees' workflow by imposing their own ideas and thwarting established plans. It's virtually impossible to organize your day or coordinate team efforts, as their interference consistently undermines any progress. A significant disparity exists between the US headquarters and other offices. Colleagues in the US often disregard happenings in other branches and exhibit minimal interest in communicating with them. The management structure lacks clarity. Tasks can be assigned arbitrarily by individuals in high-level positions, often derailing plans and undermining team cohesion. Over the past two years, all motivational incentives have been eliminated, replaced solely by free food offerings preceding internal events. If you're in need of sustenance, this company caters to that need. Determining salaries and advancement opportunities seems akin to consulting a fortune teller. Sometimes, the company owner personally intervenes to approve or reject salary proposals for employees ranging from cleaners to VPs.

Pros

Good benefits. Night shifts . Convenient transportation. Cozy workplace . Coffee and food provided

Cons

Terrible team management. The worst HR practice is micromanagement. Work like a robot. There's no comprehension. During a meeting, management stated that they are more concerned with numbers and money than with mental health issues. The team i worked with had awful judgement and was quite disrespectful. I've never worked with such company before. And they are incredibly racist. I was sacked even after stating my issues to the HR and it was never addressed. So I was literally framed for an issue then thrown out without proper handling.
