Pros

Good office with food, sofas and game consoles

Cons

Devs opinions no matter, all time making new fast features without improving legacy code. Team leads is incompetent, loyalty is important than skills.

Beautiful on the outside, rotting on the inside

Pros

- emerging market and understandable product positioning - bonuses and availability to relocate - good company to improve your skill in managing company politics and improve tech skills

Cons

- total mess inside with processes where founder interferes with internal processes, which leads to complete chaos. - everyone is afraid to say anything for fear of being fired; there is no sense of security at all. Nobody wants to take accountability. - we make a lot of crutches from a management point of view when we don't have to (because of point 1).

Pros

-Benefits are good. Very competitive -People are amazing, across all departments. I've developed good personal relationship -Salary are above average and the office is very cozy with game room, nice coffees among other perks -Good for short term employment

Cons

As many reviews mentioned before, job security was little or non-existence. Layoffs are frequent. Sometimes it was done by batches affecting few members in a specific departments, sometimes individually and it happened silently. I was one of the affected employees. No matter how long you have served in the company and your contributions, you are disposable. I have seen so many people being let go throughout my tenure here and the people who left are all good employees. If you manager does not like you, there's potential that you will be let go too To potential hire, please ask a lot of questions before you decided to accept the offer from this company
