The company appears fancy and organized on the outside and in the early days, but it is extremely messy and toxic. They fire you for no apparent reason in the middle of several projects on which you worked so hard. Layoffs are usual in this workplace, and you are rarely given a chance to say goodbye. Inside the company, there is a MAFIA; everyone tries to steal or interrupt projects from other departments in order to get credit. A good place to pass the time and make money, but don't expect long-term employment.
