- sometimes chaotic changes occur - possibility to be fired suddenly in case of closing your product / branch

+ strong specialists on 80% of positions + great Care team + superb company culture + cool office, breakfasts, apple devices

Cons

- very strange recruitment decisions sometimes - CEO don't care about people at all and can't talk normal - longest time to market I ever met - some people are really not involved and just sit on their warm places instead of do sth useful for company and partners - no data-driven decisions, nobody care and don't understand how to use this approach
