Pros

I love my managers and direct reports. I believe we are team that really fight for success. The CEO is an open-mind man. He is the only CEO I know who has a direct hotline to hear employees’ voice. The company’s insurance coverage is also good.

Cons

I would be even happier if I have more team members to share my workload lol

- I like working in an international company and interacting with people from completely different continents and cultures - The design team has excellent management; they are very supportive of any initiatives and encourage us during failures - I enjoy the company culture

- There are few perks in the London's office - I'm not sure if we have a bonus or stock options system
